Traditional Judo - Mixed Class (from 8-60+ years) at 10.45am to 12.45pm

Monday @ St Andrews:

Traditional Judo Mixed Class 6pm to 7.30pm.

Men & Women, Boys and Girls, little or large, beginner or black belt, all are most welcome. Why not come and join us and learn new skills in a friendly atmosphere? (If you are coming along for the first time just wear a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a sweatshirt or similar).
